## Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. ## Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for a variety of projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive architectural solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend sustainable design strategies and incorporate sustainable design practices into your work.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed drawings, designs, and plans using design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings to discuss project requirements, designs, and modifications.
- Review and approve contractor bids and monitor the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., LEED AP) is a plus.
- Licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Exceptional design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands and client needs.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

## Day-to-Day
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to draft initial design concepts and refine them based on feedback.
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, providing architectural insight and expertise.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design revisions and meeting notes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance architectural design and project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, encouraging professional growth and development.
